Playing the cards
Aces begin four suit foundations. During the deal, each new card that fits a foundation goes there immediately; the rest enters eight open rows. Move exposed cards down by rank regardless of suit, or up by suit onto foundations.
First plan
Use open rows to free cards that can extend the foundations, and preserve an empty row for rearrangement.
A rank-only tableau build can cover a suit card that has no other route to its foundation.
