The goal
Arrange the 25 dealt cards so the five horizontal rows and five vertical columns form strong poker hands. Each card belongs to one row and one column, so a good placement can help two hands at once.
With American scoring, 200 points reaches the winning target. With English scoring, the target is 70. You can change the scoring system while playing; the board updates its score and target immediately.
Only 25 of the 52 shuffled cards enter the grid. The rest remain unused, so plan from the cards you see rather than assuming a particular card will arrive.
Placement tips
Early cards leave many possible rows and columns. Keep matching ranks together when a pair or full house seems possible, and group suits when a flush is within reach.
Check both directions before using a square. A card that strengthens a row may make its column harder to finish. The score labels beside and below the grid show completed hands.
