Foundation plays open holes through layers of eight cards.

Playing the cards

Four Aces start the suit foundations. Play cards from the top or bottom row, or from a cell exposed by a gap below. Refill the first row from stock, and deal new eight-card rows as play continues.

First plan

Work the outer rows first to create holes that free cards in the middle.

A card in the middle can remain blocked until the cell below it is cleared.
