Foundations by suit
General's Patience keeps the Queen of Italy layout but makes the foundations stricter: each pile continues in the same suit. The base rank is your choice, and every other foundation must begin with that rank.

General's Patience
Choose the foundation rank, then build by suit. A thirteen-card reserve and a strict second stock pass make every opening choice count.

A demanding second pass
After the first stock pass, the waste can be turned over once. Each card exposed on that second pass must leave the waste before the next draw. A card without a legal destination ends the deal.
