One fewer tableau pile
Falling Star is close to Blondes and Brunettes, but starts with an eleven-card reserve and eight tableau piles. The smaller tableau gives you fewer places to rearrange cards while working toward a foundation move.

Choose the fill
When a gap appears, decide whether to reveal a new stock card or use the top waste card. The game pauses ordinary moves until the gap is filled, unless both piles are empty.
