Apophis Strategy
Three waste lanes create choice, but lane timing decides wins.
Apophis extends Pyramid logic by splitting waste into multiple tops. The strongest play compares all three lanes each turn and preserves at least one lane as a planned complement reservoir for blocked tableau rows.

Strategic priorities
- Compare all waste tops before every move.
- Protect lanes holding scarce complements for deep blockers.
- Prefer clears that open multi-branch pairing follow-ups.
- Avoid homogenizing lane values too early.
Common mistakes
- Auto-playing the first legal lane instead of sequencing lane pressure.
- Using all lanes identically and losing reserve complement diversity.
- Prioritizing card count removed over branch quality opened.
