Use the ready foundations.

Parisienne follows Duchess of Luynes with two decks, four tableau piles, two reserves and three redeals. The eight foundation bases are placed before the first row is dealt.

Use the ready foundations

Parisienne gives each suit an upward and downward foundation from the opening deal. You can immediately play a Two onto an Ace or a Queen onto a King when either appears.

The predealt bases remove one uncertainty from Duchess of Luynes, but tableau and reserve access still decide the order of progress.

Wait for the reserve reveal

Reserve cards are hidden while the stock is being dealt. When the stock empties, the reserve opens, and every reserve card can be considered for a foundation.

Do not rush into a redeal while an open reserve card can advance a suit. A foundation play may make a tableau top useful too.

Plan the last pass

Three redeals are allowed. The final redeal distributes cards only among four tableau piles, making the visible tops especially important.

Check each suit in both directions before requesting another row. When all foundation moves are exhausted, the game permits the next deal.

Compare paired suit paths

Every suit begins with an Ace foundation and a King foundation. A card near the middle of a suit may eventually be needed by either side, depending on which neighboring ranks appear first.

The predealt bases save you from searching for Aces and Kings, but they do not change the hidden reserve timing. While stock remains, focus on tableau tops and deal only when no foundation card can be played.

Once the reserves open, scan every visible card before redealing. The final pass uses only four tableau piles, so a reserve card moved now may prevent a bottleneck later.
