Eight special cards establish the foundations. Sixteen tableau piles begin with one card each and receive rows from the remaining stock.

Make each move count
Only exposed tableau cards move to foundations. The Queen of Diamonds builds upward around the corner; the other seven foundations build downward around the corner. After stock exhaustion, redistribute tableau piles from sixteen back to one.
A pile with a needed card under a high stack may not free it until redistribution. Avoid covering another foundation-ready card first.
Turn progress into a win
During the final redistribution, check exposed cards after each pile is dealt. A newly free card can change what should be played next.
