Read the opening layout
Build Queen Victoria’s heart layout from two decks.
One Queen of Hearts begins at the center. Other Hearts fill the heart, six non-Heart Ace foundations build through Ten then Queen, Jacks leave play, and Kings gather separately. Six tableau piles build down regardless of suit; stock cards turn to waste once.
Choose the next move
An empty tableau space can hold a card that blocks a Heart or a needed non-Heart foundation rank. Check the current waste top first; drawing again covers it, and there is no recycle.
Watch the limiting rule
Jacks are removed rather than placed in the suit foundations. That makes a Queen the next tableau rank above a Ten under the implemented rule. Track the six non-Heart foundations separately from the Heart cards and Kings.
Play the endgame
Near the end, a non-Heart Queen belongs above its Ten while its Jack has already left play. Expose the remaining Heart and King cards without burying an available waste card under the next draw.
