Board layout
The board has a stock pile, a waste pile, four foundations, and seven tableau columns. Most of your planning happens in the tableau.

Klondike Solitaire is won by moving every card to the four foundation piles, building each suit from Ace up to King.
Objective
Move all 52 cards to the foundations. Each foundation must be built in suit order: Ace, 2, 3, and so on through King.
Basic controls
You can click cards to select and move them, drag them to valid piles, undo mistakes, restart the current deal, or start a fresh game.
Quick rules
- Move cards in the tableau by alternating colors and descending rank.
- Only a King can move to an empty tableau column.
- Build each foundation upward by suit from Ace through King.
- Use the stock to reveal new cards when no other moves are available.
Helpful strategy tips
- Prefer moves that reveal face-down tableau cards early.
- Do not rush cards to the foundations if they are still useful in the tableau.
- Empty columns are powerful because they give Kings and long runs room to move.
