Addition Strategy

Addition is won by repairing row order, not patching single gaps.

Legal placements are common, but only some improve the next gap and the one after it. Strong lines protect row continuity and delay redeals until several rows can improve together.

Strategic priorities

  1. Use open gaps to improve full-row suit order, not short-term legality.
  2. Prefer moves that leave the next gap in a healthier rank position.
  3. Redeal only when multiple rows can gain from new information.
  4. Track missing followers before committing a card to a gap.
